  1. Start by going to the ILLiad service: ILLiad
  2. Login with your RamNet ID and password.
  3. Click on New Requests, then select the type of material you are looking for.
  4. Fill out as much information about the item as you have (or at least the required fields). 
  5. Then select Submit. You'll be notified via email when it's available.
