go ahead and print something, then click on the printer icon in your dock. After a few moments you should see the error message "hold for authentication." Once you see that, click on the refresh button to the right of your print job. This will prompt you for your username and password. Enter you WCU email and password and make sure the "remember this login" box is checked. 

If it is still being held for authentication after you enter your username and password, you may not be using the correct password. If you need to reset your password, you can do it through ServiceNow.
