Yes!  The newer computers (wide screens) have SPSS and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).  These computers are located:
> Reference area, along the glass partition with the Quiet Study Room (2nd floor)
> QVC Collaborative  Study Room (2nd floor)
> Government Documents area (2nd floor)
> Serials area (1st floor, outside Starbucks)
> IMC and the Juvenile Books Room (1st floor)
> 3rd, 4th, & 5th floor: computer near the elevators

ArcGIS is available on the 2 computers in the Government Documents area.

The computers don't have shortcuts to these programs.  So after you log on:
1. Click on the Microsoft logo at the bottom left of the screen
2. Enter the specific name of the application you want (SPSS, Photoshop, ArcGIS, etc.) in the “Search Programs and Files” search box and click the search icon.
3. If the application appears, click it to start.

If you have trouble finding the programs, ask at the nearby service desk (Reference, Gov Docs, etc.)
